Broadband Services is an always on internet connection that is able to support various interactive services and has a capability of minimum download speeds of 256 Kbps.

You can apply for a INET ONLINE connection through the following means:

Once you express your interest, a INET ONLINE business associate will contact you to confirm the order. You can select the plan of your choice and hand over the required documents and cheque/dd. Once this is done, you will be connected to INET ONLINE by a field engineer.

  • Local Address Proof (Ex.: Driving License, Family Card, Voter ID, Passport, Electricity Bill, Bank Statement, Credit Card Statement, Rental Agreement & Etc.).
  • ID Proof (Ex.: Driving License, Pan Card, Passport, and Voter ID & Etc.).
  • One Passport size photograph.

Yes, you can request for shifting the broadband service to another location just by calling INET ONLINE @+919700004638 (Conditions apply). Rs: 150/- will be charged for Shifting. Refer to Terms and Conditions.

Since this is a PrePaid Service, Customer can recharge his expired account according to his requirement. If the account is not activated until 90days from the day of exipry. The Account will be closed and Customer if requires has to apply for a New Connection.
