Terms and Condition

  • Kbps = Kilo bits per second, KBps = Kilo Bytes per second, MB= Mega Bytes. GB = Giga Bytes ( 8 bits = 1 Byte )
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice at least 30days in advance. Bandwidth Charges & Installation Charges will not be refunded in any case. Service availability on best effort basis. Service available in select areas.
  • LAN Card (Ethernet Card) is required for the service and will not be provided by iNET Online. Only one MAC ID will be registered and if customers want to use more than one system they can use a WIRELESS ROUTER or a USB LAN CARD. IP Connectivity is static IP (Private), Static IP (Private) is configured and the process to configure is explained to the customer at the time of installation. On request IP Configuration is done FREE of charge for the second time. From third time onwards `: 50/- is charged per visit.
  • On request Public IP is provided only to PLAN ID : UL10MF and UL10MP and UL15MF . `: 200/- is charged per PUBLIC IP per renewal.
  • As per the TRAI guidelines Username and Password Authentication is mandatory for the service. Any customer if need to have the service without Username and Password Authentication has to submit an Affidavit along with a onetime non-refundable charge of `: 200/- .
  • Expected time of Installation of connection is 48 Hours from the time of receiving the Application (Documents). Subscriber has to provide uninterrupted Electricity Connection to the FTH BOX located nearer to the subscriber or within the subscriber premises if required. `:100/- discount will be given to the subscriber in the bill amount if electricity is provided. In case of Power-Cut the Power Backup in FTH Box is only 2 Hours, if the power is not restored in 2 Hours there will be NO INTERNET until the power (Electricity) is restored.
  • If the existing customer is relocated and wants to shift the service to the new location ( if service available) has to inform iNET ONLINE 48 hours in advance. `: 150/- is charged for shifting the Service.
  • The speeds mentioned are download speeds. Upload speeds are equal to half of the download speed. All mentioned speeds will depend on multiple factors- like time of the day, number of simultaneous users, website accessed, geographical region and climatic conditions, etc. All speeds to be measured till first point of aggregation as per TRAI guidelines. ( NO MINIMUM SPEED is GUARENTEED for TORRENTS since the speed of download depends on the NUMBER OF SEEDERS and LEECHERS available.)
  • Validity (30 Days) is calculated from the Day and time (including minutes) the package is activated / renewed to the 30th Day and the same time (including minutes) at which the package is activated / renewed but not till the 23.59 Hrs of 30th Day irrespective of the number of days in the month in which the package is activated / renewed. Therefore, the validity of 30 Days totals to 720 Hours from the time the package is activated / renewed.
  • Customer cannot change the plan once it is renewed / activated , except on next renewal. A customer can renew from any of the PLANs available at the time of renewal only. NO TEMPERORY DISCONNECTION option is available in any of the packages.
  • OFFICE Working Hours are from 8.00 AM to 8.00PM (7 days a week). Complaints (with PING message)received within Office Hours are attended within a minimum time of 30 minutes and the maximum time taken to rectify a problem depends on the intensity of the problem. Time taken to attend a service request is 2 - 3 Hours. Any complaint (with PING message)received after office hours is treated as complaint received on the next day first office hours. ONLINE PHONE support is provided 24Hours 7 Days a week.
  • iNET ONLINE reserves the right to withdraw services and/or take necessary action in case any mis-use/fraudulent usage is found.
PING Message is compulsory to register a complaint. First priority is given to complaints registered with PING message. Complaints registered without PING message are given last priority and these complaints will be attended after 36 to 48 Hours from the time the complaint is registered and iNET ONLINE will not take any responsibility for the delay in attending the complaints registered without PING message.
